Charcuterie Nachos

Ingredients

  • Kettle cooked chips
  • Cheese of choice - we used brie
  • Cured meat - we used prosciutto
  • Smak Dab Canadian Maple Mustard
  • Fresh herbs - for garnish

Directions

Place chips on a non-stick sheet pan. Top with shredded cheese.

Tear your cured meat of choice into bite sized pieces.

Drizzle over mustard and broil on high until cheese is melted and chips start to crisp.

Top with fresh herbs , serve, and enjoy!
