This is the Shipping & Returns page. It gives you great info about how you are going to receive your product and what will happen if it breaks along the way, but like our other policy pages it’s probably not going to make a ‘top 100 webpages you must read before you die’ list.


All purchases are final sale unless a defective or incorrect item was received. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
