4-6 slices of Camembert, Brie, or Havarti cheese (2-3 slices per bread slice)
2 oz of sliced or shredded roast turkey
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400º F and preheat a skillet on medium heat.
Butter the outer side of the sourdough bread and lay open. Layer the bread with mustard, cheese, and turkey in the middle. Finish with black pepper. Sandwich the two pieces together and grill in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
Place in the warm oven until the sandwich is heated through and the cheese is gooey. Serve warm.
