Creamy Cucumber Dill Salad


  • 1/3 cup sour cream 
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tsp Smak Dab Hot and Sweet Dill Mustard
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced into 1/8” thick rounds
  • ½ medium red onion
  • Pinch of Kosher salt and black pepper 


In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, vinegar, dill and mustard. Add the cucumber, red onion, and season with salt and pepper. Toss well to combine. Eat right away or store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
