- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Using one piece of prosciutto, fold it into the cup of the mini muffin pan to form a cup. Repeat for all 24 muffin cups.
- Cook in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. After 10 minutes, watch closely so that they do not burn. Let cool completely.
- In a bowl mix up goats cheese, Smak Dab, salt + pepper, pistachios, and dates.
- Add goats cheese mixture into cup, top with fresh thyme and some extra cracked pepper.
