Curried Bean Salad

Ingredients

Bean Salad

  • can of mixed beans (kidney beans, romano beans, white beans, etc)
  • can of chickpeas
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • fresh herbs (dill, thyme, chives)

Curry Dressing

  • 3 spoonfuls of Smak Dab Curry Dijon
  • 1/4 cup of Olive Oil
  • Sprinkle of Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper

Directions

  1. Open and rinse all beans. Place into a bowl with the rest of the bean salad ingredients: chopped peppers, onion, shallot, and fresh herbs.
  2. In the same bowl, dollop in your Smak Dab, drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle in salt & pepper.
  3. Combine well, adding more olive oil or Smak Dab if needed, and enjoy!

Chef tip: refrigerate overnight for more flavour
