Ingredients Bean Salad can of mixed beans (kidney beans, romano beans, white beans, etc)can of chickpeas1 small onion, chopped1 shallot, chopped2 bell peppers, choppedfresh herbs (dill, thyme, chives) Curry Dressing 3 spoonfuls of Smak Dab Curry Dijon1/4 cup of Olive OilSprinkle of Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper Directions Open and rinse all beans. Place into a bowl with the rest of the bean salad ingredients: chopped peppers, onion, shallot, and fresh herbs.In the same bowl, dollop in your Smak Dab, drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle in salt & pepper.Combine well, adding more olive oil or Smak Dab if needed, and enjoy!Chef tip: refrigerate overnight for more flavour
