Curry Mustard Marinade


  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or canola oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped or grated  
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Smak Dab Curry Dijon Mustard


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large jar and shake to combine. 
  2. Marinade chicken, beef, pork, lamb, or tofu for 4 hours or overnight for best results. Before cooking, remove the meat from the marinade and pat dry.
