INGREDIENTS 2-3 large heirloom tomato slices Bread of choice ( we used sourdough) Burrata or mozzarella cheese Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper Mayo Smak Dab Mustard - use any grainy variety for the caviar INSTRUCTIONS Toast your bread and top with mayo of choice. Thickly slice your tomato and season with salt/pepper. Top with burrata and mustard caviar.
