Ingridients 1/2 cup olive oil 2 tbsp Smak Dab Curry Dijon mustard or Honey Horseradish Juice of 1 lime* Juice of 1 lemon* Juice of 2 oranges* 1 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp Italian seasoning or Herbs de Provence 2 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped (or additional 1/4 teaspoon drid herbs) 1 tsp fresh oregano, finely chopped (or additional 1/4 teaspoon dried herbs) 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes Combine all the ingredients together in a jar and shake well to combine. Marinade chicken breasts or thighs with the marinade 4 hours or overnight for best flavour. *Note: Save the fruit after juicing and slice into pieces. Toss into the container when marinating for extra flavour.
