Grinder Couscous "Pasta" Salad

Ingredients

Grinder Dressing

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2-3 tbsp Smak Dab Honey Horseradish Mustard
  • 2 tbsp dried herbs - oregano, thyme, parsley, or whatever else you'd like
  • 2 tbsp Spice World Peg City Spice Blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Couscous Pasta Salad

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked Pearl couscous
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 2 shallots, diced
  • 1 small container of bocchini
  • 1 package charcuterie salami, sliced

Directions

Combine all dressing ingredients into a bowl and mix.

In the same bowl pour in couscous, peppers, shallot, bocchini, and meat. Stir well to combine.

Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours and serve. Enjoy!
