Honey Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Smak Dab Honey Horseradish Mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup good-quality balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, garlic and vinegar. Whisk in olive oil, in a thin, steady stream, until thick and combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Tip: Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Bring to room temperature before using to allow the olive oil to melt.
