Honey Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients
2 tsp Smak Dab Honey Horseradish Mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup good-quality balsamic vinegar
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, garlic and vinegar. Whisk in olive oil, in a thin, steady stream, until thick and combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Tip: Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Bring to room temperature before using to allow the olive oil to melt.
