Add the cream cheese to a bowl and allow sit at room temperature to soften. (around 2 hours) Once soft, add the remaining ingredients. Mix well until well incorporated, and place in a greased small oven proof dish.
Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes, until the center is hot, and the top is golden and bubbly. Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Serve with pretzels, toasted crostini, bread or crackers.
