Oven Roasted Dijon Chickpeas


  • 1.5 cups cooked chickpeas (or 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed)
  • 2 tsp Smak Dab Hot Honey Jalapeño Mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper or chili flakes 
  • Good pinch of fine sea salt 
  • Freshly ground black pepper 


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 

In a bowl, add chickpeas and pat with a paper towel so they are nice and dry. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well to evenly coat. Spread the chickpeas onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

Bake for 1 hour, shaking them every 15 minutes to prevent burning. The chickpeas should be crispy, but not burnt. Cool completely before storing in a sealed container.
