Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a bowl, add chickpeas and pat with a paper towel so they are nice and dry. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well to evenly coat. Spread the chickpeas onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 1 hour, shaking them every 15 minutes to prevent burning. The chickpeas should be crispy, but not burnt. Cool completely before storing in a sealed container.
